A bit complex...our guest was originally booked with another host (a former associate of mine) and he had cancelled on her last minute. My partner and I decided to take her on as our guest. Since our place really wasn't available the first two nights we booked her into a hotel so she had a roof over her head. The third night she finally started her reservation with us for the 4 remaining days. We then submitted a request for additional funds from guest for the first two days. The guest agreed but now is requiring the reservation be updated with the correct days. Can this be done??? I need a fast turn around on this as the customer is very frustrated and is growing impatient.
