Guest did not hold themself to Max guest restrictions, why do I get a bad review when I cancel?

I m only holding myself to the Amsterdam City regulations, max 4 guests, 5 is not allowed by law?

Please take this review of my profile, like this you re forcing me to do something illigal to keep my stats up standard?

This is not the airbnb CS, it is a discussion forum for fellow hosts where we try to help each other.

Any host cancellation will incur penalties - the review is one of them.

What you can do now is to contact airbnb and plead your case.  For any future cancellations, you must contact airbnb and let them cancel for you.  Never cancel yourself or there will be penalties.
