Guest does not know how to write a review

I need help with some older folks, who had a great stay, but don't know how to write a review... I've never stayed at an Airbnb, so I have no clue. Anyone help?

Sometime in the afternoon after the guest checks out, Airbnb will send an e-mail asking them to review their stay. They can open the e-mail and follow the prompts to write a review.
