The website updates I'm seeing lately have been starting to reduce the previously user-friendly nature of the website.
First, the new review process takes more time to fill out than before despite there being the same number of fields.
Now the guest's email address is missing from the reservation summary page. This is really inconvenient since I email pictures of the neighborhood and a map to make it easier for guests to find our place. I think it's one of the reasons my check-in rating is so high. Those pics are also in my listing, but I don't expect guests are going to click through every photo to see them, nor will the image resolution be as high.
FYI that I would be more than glad to participate as a tester to provide UX feedback that's being prototyped or tested.

While the layout of the page has changed, I can still view the guest's airbnb email address on the messaging page. For me, it is located on the left side under the Private Notes box and above the Send or Request Money link.

Thanks! I didn't scroll down far enough - I was expecting to see it near the guest phone number.
That would be the logical place, but we are talking about Airbnb programmers...
@Arthur51 They removed it from where it used to be, up by their profile photo, along with the phone number about a month and a half ago, when they changed the format of that page.
It actually wasn't appearing anywhere for a week or two, altho after some frustration, I found that if I right clicked on where it says Email, then "Copy link", I could then paste it into an email address field. I reported this, and I don't know if that was the impetus, or whether a bunch of other hosts reported it as well, but one day I looked and it was there, where @Tim-and-Holly0 said it was and you found it.
Was distressing for me, too, as I have to send my guests a hand-drawn map to my place or they'd never be able to find it.
It's so irritating that they change the page formats without the respect to just send us an email to point out where to find things, rather than having to waste so much time hunting and pecking around.
Thanks for the info, Sarah!
I agree that a simple email would do wonders. They could also offer a survey or unveil changes to a small group of beta hosts willing to test them and offer feedback...
@Arthur51 Laura, our supposed new host liason, told me they were going to do exactly that, get a group of hosts to stress-test new changes, 6 months ago. She asked if I would be willing to paricipate, which I said yes to. Haven't heard a word since.
She also said they'd be discussing the need to inform hosts of changes to page formats, etc, which she agreed was necessary, but of course, no such thing has happened.
