Guest has left but transactions says its a 'reservation' still not a payout

Guest had no issue but why is it still showing as a reservation in transaction history with the booking code and not a payout when the guest stayed jan 6 and left jan 14? This suggestion it moves to a payout after a day or so into the booking is not backed up by my experiences so far at all. Guest says she has paid her end. What to do? thanks

That seems like a longer period for payouts to process than normal. I'd suggets you wait for a couple of days more and still if the payout does not process, please write to/call Airbnb about it. They'll resolve it soon.

@Benjamin10 Hi Benjamin.....If your guest arrived on the 6th Jan you should have definitely received payment by now!

Did you receive an email from Airbnb advising that they had processed a payment for that particular guest within 48 hours of their arrival?

If you did receive that email it may still be in the system somewhere but, if you didn't, you should contact Airbnb in Hong Kong and give them the booking code number and they will attend to it.

Please take a note of the phone number for your country for future reference. The delays you may experience in getting through to someone personally will vary from country to country. In Australia the delay is very rarely more than a couple of minutes! In the United States the delay, at times, can be a lot more significant!
