Hello! We had a guest check who said they didn’t want a room in the 3rd floor and asked for a room on the 2nd instead. We dont have any available on the 2nd floor.
A few few hours later they parked in our parking spot, checked in with no problem, and then I got a message from them saying the lady had tripped on the sidewalk down the street and hurt her foot.
I called led urgent care and got them the number and address....
they are not not back at the home getting the belongings. She said her foot is broken and that they can no longer stay here. (She is walking out front with a limp, but it doesn’t seem broken)
can you you let me know what an appropriate course of action is? They will most definitely ask for a refund.
What do do you suggest we do?
