Guest instabooked with a dog pic

Hi. I’m a super host from Long Beach Ca. I recently had an experience where a guest insta booked without a picture of themselves. They used a dog. I sent a friendly message asking them to update a photo. I had no response so 3 hours later (on check in date) I called airBNB and spoke to a case manager. He reached out to the guest but apparently said to her that “I felt uncomfortable” with them. Not what I said btw, as a result they said they wanted to cancel and AirBNB granted them a no penalty cancellation. Why should I not get paid? This seems wrong on many levels 1- I have welcomed over 125 guests. I am not uncomfortable, I just want to see a picture of who is showing up. 2- This is a requirement of booking they did not fulfill 3- I have a moderate cancellation policy, so absent of all other problems I still require payment of the first night and 50% of the second. What can I do?

@Heather168 I doubt there is anything you can do at this point.
