Guest is saying they are being double charged how do I resolve?

Guest with a reservation says they were charged once for the reservation and also have a pending payment in the same amount. I only have one reservation for them and the amount is not the same as my deposit so I don't think that is it. How do I get this resolved from AirBnB's end?

Why isn't your guest doing this? I don't think you can fix this for them. They need to deal with Airbnb since it is their credit card.

Yes, I was charged for the reservation and 15 days after the reservation I was charged again for the same reservation.  It is not the host.  She has been wonderful.  Airbnb refused to acknowledge my credit card statement showing both charges.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company but Airbnb was not helpful.  They have a pitiful system for recording payments.... I am thankful for my credit card responding so quickly and professionally.

Hi my advice is phone your national air bnb number and get them  involved ASAP

May not be relevant, but my credit card routinely shows a charge and a pending payment but only one charge is made. A pending payment is not the same as a processed payment and sometimes there seems to be a time lag between moving a pending into the paid category and removing it from the pending category. ِDoesn't seem to be the case here, but just noted the language on the OP. I hope that made sense!
