Guest just booked for less than Minimum Night

In "Availability Settings", I setup a Seasonal Rule for "Custom Trip Length"  for February 18 -20 as a Minimum 4-night reservation.  Even though that's 2 nights, I figured any reservation that crossed those 2 nights, would require a 4-night reservation.  This is how I understood the functionality to work on AirBnB platform.

Now, a guest just booked February 17 -20, which is 3 nights, not 4.  I couldn't believe the AirBnB system allowed that.

I opened a case with AirBnB Support.

The first agent was clueless and pointed me to the Day of Week rule and closed my case as quickly as he could.

I re-opened another case and the agent said that February 17 has a Minimum 1 night, so the reservation is legtimate, even though February 18-20 requires 4 nights.  I guess the first night rule trumped the rest of the rule?

Is this accurate?  Would appreciate some insight, so this doesn't happen again.

@Jordan20 The second rep is correct. It is strange but any date outside the period you have changed the rules on still has the original rules applied. It makes it quite hard to achieve what you want I am afraid.
