Guest leaves spa uncovered in cold weather

A guest leaves the spa uncovered in 15degree weather. This makes the spa heater run constantly and could overheat the motor.  Should I contact them to cover it. We have exterior cameras to monitor the outside perimeter

Yes, send them a quick and friendly message to cover it. This is why you have cameras.  I'd send it via the app as well as a text.
