Guest mistakenly booked extra night

My current guests mistakenly booked my home for an extra night and are asking for a refund-as a host what should I do? Thanks!

@Jenny783   Advise your guest to modify the reservation via the option on the reservation.  Allow Air BNB to earn their service fee and the matter will be processed according to your cancellation policy.  The fee will be adjusted if you agree to the modification.
