Guest no show

Hi, I am new to being a host ive had a few bookings all with great reviews.

Ive had a booking that hasnt shown up i have msged him multiple times and emailed i attempted to call but its an American number. 

I have a strict cancellation policy.

My Question is can I personally use the house and can he in theory show up anytime during his booking?

Hello @Hayley50. The truth is that Airbnb doesn't have any particular policy regarding no-shows. From reading the forum - there have been cases of guests appearing the next day, applying for extenuating circumstances cancellations after the check-in date and other problems. You may try to contact Airbnb and let them make the decision and possibly open your calendar.
