Guest not paying

A guest wa supposed to pay internet and utilities bills after their stay with us. They are now avoiding me and not paying. What can we do to get our money owed? The agreement is on record on the airbnb conversation/message board.

You can use the resolution center to file a claim against the deposit. Remember, you only have 48 hours to do so.
