Guest not receiving mails re booking

Guest made an inquiry, to which I responded sending a special offer - however guest (who is also an airbnb host) is not receiving any messages. Anyone able to assist/give advice?

@Cheryl203 - have your guest check their email settings.  They may have turned them off.
