Guest refund

I dont understand the guest refund system.

I refunded them bar a minimum £1 and it appers there is still a refund request in the system.

And no one to talk to. It is very irresponsible of Airbnb to completely shy away from speakking to your clients like this!!

I haven't done a refund before so cannot really be of too much help to you.  Maybe someone else has some extra input?

I presume you've used the resolution center https://www.airbnb.dk/resolution_center ?

When you make changes in a current reservation or want to send or ask for money the guest has to accept the changes or vice versa.

Could that be the case here?

Why did you refund 1 pound? Seems like an unlikely small amount..
