Guest requests booking but dates are already blocked

I have to decline but it doesn’t seem fair because the dates weren’t open to begin with

Guests cannot send a booking request if dates are not available.

The guests will have sent an enquiry, which you do not have to decline or accept, just reply saying anything appropriate and the clock will stop counting down.
