Guest reviews

I received notice from the site that a guest had completed their review. So, I opened the notice to read it, and there are no issues with what's written.  However, there was a notice from AirBnb that the guest had somehow indicated they felt the listing description didn't match the premises.  I am unable to now find that notice again and so am at a loss for how to share more detail.  In any case, I wanted to learn more about what the guest perceived were discrepancies.  Ideas?

@Mark652 Only way to know is to message the guest and ask.

@Mark652, from your description, the guest probably indicated their disatisfaction in their private communication with AirBnB.

As @Cynthia-and-Chris1 mentioned, the only way to find out is to ask the guest directly. (Meaning AirBnB will not share the message with you.)

I got a similar notice from airbnb. I contacted the guest and he said it was because the furnishings were so much better than the photos.  ( I have upgraded everything since I started)
