Hi, my guest booked my unit and input his payment which was confirmed by bank. However, the status of his booking is cancelled. When I checked my calendar, the said dates are still open. Guest told me that Airbnb asked for his ID but when submittted, Airbnb said the ID is not supported. Is this the reason why the booking didn't push through? Yet why was the payment debited already?
I hope you can assist me with this concern as this is the first time I've encountered this kind of problem.
