Guest's car hit the garage door.

The guests did not park the car correctly and closed the gatage door. The door hit the car and bend badly. Nobody can fix the door. It must be replaced. The cost is very high. How can I do? I just set the deposit $200. Can I use airbnb host guarantee?

The first  thing you need to do urgently is raise the issue with AirBnB withing 48hrs of your guest's departure. You should take plenty of photos, and of course have proof that it was the guests that damage the door. You will need to get an estimate for repair/replacement and in addition contact the guest to tell them that you are pursuing a claim for the damage.
