Guest says he has paid - when do I get my money?

Hi

I need to please have urgent assistance as to how this works. I have no idea how to get reponses from airbnb team.

I have had a booking and the gentleman says he has paid the amount to airbnb. When do I receive my money and how do I know its been paid?

In terms of your question, I suggest you read this Community Help Guide which explains how the payment process works. This Help Guide about payouts will also be helpful. Guests pay when they book but Airbnb holds the money until 24hrs after the guest checks in, when it is then released.

I saw on one of your other posts that you hadn't yet input your payout details? This Help Guide explains how you add a payout method.

The money will be released to you 24 hours after the guest checks in.  Then you will see the money in your bank account 1-3 days later, depending on your bank.
