Guest smoked in our non smoking roomñ

Hi!
I hope someone can advise me.
I have a problem with a current guests.
They are smoking in a room even though the room is non smoking area.
It is allowed to smoke outside all-around the garden, but in rooms not. (It written also in a house rules)
Yesterday when I noticed that ugly smell from the room, I gave them an ashtray and pointed out that they can smoke freely outside but in room not, and they said"yes, we know. Thank you for the ashtray".
But this morning, while I was cleaning and preparing other apartment, in the togethers hall when I was taking fresh linens they open the door from the room and I was overwhelmed with a stinky smell. Just by opening the door!
They are booked this room until 10th July and then they are moving to another room for 2 more days!
What should I do?
How can I solve this without causing any bad reviews and feelings?

Contact Airbnb and collect the deposit for deep cleaning. Anytime someone breaks house rules you should report it immediately. You can kick them out for that or leave honest reviews. It really just depends how bad it bothers you.

Immediately contact Air BNB and tell guests to leave as their behavior could have long term effects on your business.  Air BNB can relocate them into a listing that allows smoking or they will have to find a hotel.  Do not let fear of negative reviews affect your decision to act decisively.  You will be able to respond to any negative review and your public response will be appreciated by those searching for a listing.  Also, you will be doing a favor to the host community.
