@Cheng20 if you made a damage claim through the resolution center ( send or receive money) then your guest can accept it, decline it or ignore it.
If he declines or ignores your claim then after 72 hours you can involve Airbnb to mediate.
Airbnb will probably decline your request if no physical damage was done because the smell is hard to prove and you can vent the room without any cost except your time and effort.
But please leave an honest review to warn his future hosts. You can give him lower ratings for cleanliness and house rules.
