Our guest began to write a review, then slipped up and posted before she'd even written a sentence. By the time she let me know, her review - which was something like "We had a wonderful time at. . ." 🙂 was "set in cement".
She wrote saying she would like to complete her review, but I don't see any way she can either do that or write an additional review. Am I missing something?
I've had a guest contact me to say that she posted the review about the wrong property - ours was the best they've stayed at so far, but the review she left was for another property.... Anything she can do (she's asked me what we can do to make it right).
