Guest was late to make a reference

Hi there

A guest was happy with our accommodation, but when they returned later to Europe they wanted to write a reference. 

The system said they are too late. Is that true, or can a reference be made later? (about 20 days later)

Has anyone got experience or a tip?

@Michael183 14 days is the amount of time given, after the window closes it's permanently over. You should try to drop a message to every guest that checks out perhaps 2-3 days later reminding them to review and let them know about the 14-day period.

I did write to them, but they were travelling. Anyway, I do have other good feedback from guests.
