Guest who 2 hours before arrival, has sent message saying she is not coming

My guest phoned 2 hours before her arrival to say she can no longer come. My cancellation policy is flexible.What do I do ?

Don’t cancel. She needs to cancel her own reservation. If you do it as a host you’ll be penalized. If she does it she’ll get money back from Airbnb depending on the terms - or not. 

 

But my advice is to switch to moderate cancellation for future guests so they can’t do last minute changes without paying for at least part of their stay.
