Guest wishes to cancel

Hi

A Geust made a instant booking at my flat and made payment. The place was however booked for that date and I did not book out the calender. As I am new to airbnb I allowed her to cancell the booking instead of cancelling it myself. She had to pay a 50% cancellation fee. Ad I felt that it was unfair to her since it was I that made the mistake I aseked airbnb to pay the fee back to her, which they did. If I cancelled the booking I now know that I would have payed 50 dollar. But since I asked them to pay the geust they are gping to take it from my next booking which means that I will loose abou 50% of my next booking. I do not want to loose that and are prepared to pay the 50 dollars host cansellation fee. How do I make contact with airbnb to explain my mistake and try to rectify the situation?
