Guest with his own furniture

I don't know if this is acceptable, my guest is bringing his own furniture!! I only have a bed in the room but is that ok?? He is staying for a month and if he likes it he will rent it for more

I guess you should sort it in a tenancy contract, @Elizabeth566. Airbnb does not have good regulations on long-term rentals.

I agree with @Marzena4 that long term booking is not ABB's forte and you need a proper agreement.

Furniture, well that is something for you and the guest to agree.

I agree with others particularly if you are in the US you need a proper contract as anything 30 days plus will give him tenancy rights.
