Guests accessing guest manual and check in info

I have had guests ask me for the access code and where the lock box is kept for our property. All of this info is listed in the guest manual. At least that is what I see on my end. They claim they have read the guest manual but do not see this information. Do guests see what I see in my guest manual? Also, are they sent info on check in specifics as they get closer to their reservation?

@Kristin/Tim0 Often your lovely guests simply refuse to read .They then set off in some direction or other and expect a magic fairy to guide them to your home . Yes they should receive your details, and if they bothered to check, they do indeed find them, but it is always worth keeping in touch for the odd guest, who thinks that 'their partner' or possibly their cat has the relevant info. I do not assume guest has read house rules or the listing. So, I reiterate major things that are really important to me on 3 separate occasions:

1.  When I send initial email thanking guest for reservation.

2.  When I send second email day before arrival.

3. When we tour the rental.

This always work, especially the tour.
