Guests booking one night on a minimum 2 night site.

My site is definitely set for 2 nights minimum but in the last 24 hours two people have booked for one night only.. how is that happening?

Your newest listing has a 1 night minimum stay (it is also mentioned in the listing beneath "availibility")

When simulating a booking i can book 1 night stays. Maybe check your settings.

The unit to which i am referring is the "European-Style Suite... " which definitely has a 2-night minimum..

What did Airbnb say when you raised this issue with them @Heidi361  - sounds like a technical fault if that's the case.

Yes, that's the one i looked at, and it has a 1 night minimum stay !

Please note if you have rule sets active, they will overrule the normal settings.

As stated by @Emiel1  definitely an issue with the settings. Looking from Australia, on a portable device I got this...
