Guests can't book although our host calendar shows the property as available

We have set up a 2-day minimum and have confirmed on our host calendar that December 28 check-in with a check-out December 30 are available.  Guests who are trying to book say that the 28th is not showing as available.  I've gone in and repeatedly marked the day as available and saved.  When I do a search of those dates, our property doesn't show up in the available listings.  What could be going on?  Thanks.

Do you have a day blocked off automatically for cleaning?

Yes, I would check out the above suggestion. Similarly, in the Availability Settings section at the top of the page you can indicate how much preparation time in between you prefer. Check there as well.

I can enter those dates on both your properties.  Must be something in your requirements that prevents the booking process. Perhaps you require your guests to be verified and these are not ? Or they may for some reason be blocked from using instant book like a thumbs down from another host ? 

In short, they are probably guests you would not want anyway.
