Hello, We got this review
"The best part about choosing Claude & Maries’ place was the airport pickup. Claude came in his personal car to bring us home. While the room was sparkling clean it is small, not good for people who get anxiety in closed spaces. The room had an awesome view. The common areas could have been cleaner but I guess at the end of the day with 5 rooms being shared by guest a mess is inevitable. We stayed only for a night & were comfortable. From a price point the room is perfect for a short stay. Little far from Tel-aviv a daily commute may be costly."
We have 3 rooms that we rent and they wrote 5 rooms to highlight that our apartment was dirty (which is not true) and probably always will be dirty. I must add a small background. We give free airport pickup which is 15 to 20 minutes from us. And so was their case, but they contacted us a few days before and asked instead to take them from the airport to take them at 5 am the next morning to another hotel they need to get to be there at 6 am and outside of the early morning hour the distance is extra 25 minutes drive and my husband said it was possible But for a fee. then they also demanded a receipt for something that we could not provide. Then they decided that they would take a cab and agree with the driver to come at that time who must have been late that morning or did not arrive, and then they called us and call and call and we slept until we noticed it was too late. We have already written them a very fair review and what remains is a public response and we wanted to ask what is the best way to deal with it. Airbnb didn't agree to change anything in a review of the guests, claiming that they apparently meant the living room and the bathroom and the kitchen, which doesn't even reach five rooms. The all thing look like a small revenge.
Thank you very much !!
