Guests unable to book over a year in advance despite settings being unlimited

I have a guest who wished to book dates for August 2020 - However is unable to do so despite my settings being set to unlimited time into the future for bookings.

Upon attempting to send a revised date through the special offer section ( As they enquired on incorrect dates) This also does not function; With the (Dates) Box showing the round loading logo infinitley on an attempt to press and amend the potential customers date 

This is a major concern as Business is currently being lost for next season due to the error in showing my available dates to potential guests.

Anyone that could shed some light on this would be a star.

I can see/book dates at your listing for August 2020, @Aaron482. What seems to be the problem?

Hello Gordon;

The problem is a guest was unable to book august so provisionally enquired for July. I cannot amend these dates via special offer - the loading circle is present and does not dissapear, so i cannot supply a revised schedule/price to a potential customer who i have probably lost now.
