Guests unable to leave review

My past 3 guests have been unable to leave reviews, they all said that they had a great time but that the air bnb site did not allow them to write reviews. Is there a way to resend them the link to write a review? I have reviewed all of the guests.

I am having the same problem Why is Airbnb not answering our requests for help?

Same problem. They CALLED my landline (and I was out of town) and sent a message. I responded with the info requested and asked how they liked not being able to reach me and that it works both ways. They CLOSED my request and did not resolve. I'm less than impressed.

We are having the same issue. We have two guests that have left reviews, but they are not showing up on my listing. Please advise

April 2018. I am not able to leave reviews for the 3 places I have stayed in over the past 10 days.
