Guests violating my on property smoking policy - how to handle

I have a guest who violated my clearly and repeatedly stated non smoking policy which includes the premises (my front porch, side yard).  I've also included in the rules to refrain from socializing on the front porch after 11pm. It's a small 2 br house with a small lot and close to my neighbors. It's residential/urban and I've promised I'd ensure that they were not bothered by my ongoing rental and would respect neighborhood quiet hours. Also, none of neighbors smokes and because the houses are so close I"ve had to restrict smoking.

Guests (all 3) checked in recently using my RING doorbell (my check in procedures) and then immediately proceeded to hang out on the front porch and smoke after 11pm, both violation of my house rules. I have the RING so I know the guest has checked in and I don't need to text and bother them to confirm. It's worked out well, except that now I can see they violated my rules.

How would you handle?

Depends on whether they are still there.

If they are remind them of the house rules and say that if they are broken again, unfortunately you will need to ask Airbnb to cancel the booking.

If they have left you should also leave an honest review, and mark down to three stars so they can't IB with other hosts.

Thanks for your response!  It's a difficult situation because I don't want them to think that I'm watching them, but I have a ring doorbell and of all the places they could have smoked they chose to smoke right in front of the doorbell. I clearly state that there is no smoking on the premises at all including front porch, back yard etc..due to proximity to neighbors. I haven't had to deal with with any negative situations in my other rental.
