Guests with no ID verified and no reviews

Hi everyone, we have recently taken to AIRBNB to earn some extra income. We have had three bookings all of whom were great, friendly people. However we have also had a few guests with booking requests for our room with no ID and no reviews. We declined these guests as to us it is not worth the risk, it would be really easy for somebody to create a new account with a new email but not so much if they have verified their ID, we asked one guest to verify their ID before we accepted them and they did. We are less bothered about reviews as everyone has to start somewhere right?

Just wondering what other people's views on this are?

Set your requirements so that people must have verified ID.

as for reviews- about 50% of our guests have no reviews and are new to Airbnb. You can tell a lot from an email conversation- trust your instincts .
