HELP!! Cannot see any of the messages in my Airbnb account on my laptop

For the last 4 - 5 days, when I open up the Airbnb account on my laptop I cannot see any of the messages from any of my visitors.  However, I can use the Airbnb app on my mobile phone and check the messages.  I would like to use my Airbnb account on my laptop as it has a translate facility.

Can anyone help me how to rectify my laptop Airbnb so that I can use my account normally.

try to clean all cache and cookies, history etc... and look on another browser... try chrome
