HELP!!! When can I start listing my rooms in San Francisco?

Office of Short Term Housing said I could start listing while I wait for my Registration number.

Airbnb's own site says I can list and book while waiting for my registration number. Yet, Airbnb is going to cancel my listing

Nov 1st if I don't receive my registration number by then.  I don't understand????  HELP!!

All I can suggest is snooze the listing until the number arrives.

You've been accepting guests for 3 months, what did the office of short term housing say when you asked how long before you get the registration number.
