Have not been able to reach AirBnB through the main number or the superhost number

For the last three days I have not been able to reach AirBnB through the main number or the superhost number. Is anyone else having this experience? I am assuming that the system is down for some reason but I'm not seeing any communications on that.

It's impossible help centre bumps you back 1855 # doesn't work, email doesn't work. AUGHHH

I have never been aware of this happening before in four years. Does this mean that the system is down? I did start to use the super host number, But it seems to take you to the Asia-Pacific to a call center where the service is not the usual and so I generally just try to stay with the main number, but none of them seem to be working right now. At first I thought it had to do with Memorial Day and that the system would get fixed, but still none of the numbers are responding. Sometimes I get the message, there is no music and I am told to wait and with no music found myself waiting 15-20 minutes and then after that I gave up, since there is no music in the usual message not telling you how many minutes until you'll have someone get back to you is not working.

I am having the same experience.  A customer is trying to book my place and it won't go thru on Airbnb!  What is their problem?????

I have to say that in five years I have never experienced any major technical difficulties that I am aware of and that's pretty amazing to be able to say that. I am only experiencing the issue trying to reach them by telephone and it seems like the system is down, but I feel if it were down there would be lots of people clamoring to know what's going on. So I'm not sure what the issue is and whether it is a general issue or particular to me. That's what I'm trying to find out. I have tried on Skype and my iPhone and neither of the numbers go through: the main number or the super host number. It seems like they installed the super host number fairly recently and I'm wondering if that has complicated the system in a way that it caused some kind of major takedown or whether there has been a hack? But it's not online, it's the telephone system.

I too am having trouble .I am new to Airbnb. I have a guest who wants to book and entered her payment details only to be timed out! I canot find a phone number anywhere on the site to call anyone at airbnb, if someone can send the number i would appreciate it!

At this point I am so fed up ,I feel like cancelling my listing .

In five years I have never experienced anything like this, so don't give up. If anyone sees a sign that this is happening to everyone, I would be very interested to know that.
