Hello everyone, I am Teddie from Bali [ If You don't mind, I need your Advice & Guidance ] Thanks.

I have A Problem with my first Guest [ just info; for Welcoming The Guest [ To be a Good Host ]  I need 2 X 24 hours  [ H - 2 ] to clean the Shared Room &  Make The Room  Comfortable  [ You can see my Profile: Shared Room + Breakfast with Teddie [Personal information hidden] After I Pick up my Guest [ from Portugal ] at Ngurah Rai Airport on August 11st 2017 [ Time 10.20 pm ] Then Show his Shared Room plus borrow my Laptop to contact his family . At  Midnight He told me that He wanna to Cancel his reservation. 

 

I do not know Why  [ I think The Price Cheapest in Airbnb  ] only $ 8,5 / day 

 

What Should I Do Friends? Thanks.

What reason did the guest give to cancel his reservation? I see you have Flexible cancellation, so now it is kinda too late for the guest to cancel.

Hello @Marzena4,  He Complains about Privacy. 

b t w Should He already know, There is no 100 % Privacy in shared Room 

[ If I am not mistaken His English is no Good ] 

@Teddie0 Imho, he doesn't have any right to complained - he chose a shared room, as you mentioned.
