Hello there

I have questions about the cancellation!

so I have one girl she checked in Kenyatta 17th and she sapouse to leave at may 30th. 
now with corona virus she canceled the one month and she put April 13th she get a refund for may and she ask me another 300$ to leave as soon she can... what I must to do?

@Konstantinos102  I am not sure what Kenyatta means so I don't know what date your guest checked in. However, as she is a long term guest, she should be covered by the long term cancellation policy (which means she pays for the 30 days after her cancellation). However, can you clarify here? Did she cancel or request a date alteration?
