Hello we had bad exp

We had horible exp on renter wont leave we had nightmare getting rid of them court dates police issue not worth the cheap rent how can we avoid that issue

@Tezza0   In which listing of your three was the terrible experience?  Was this a long term guest?  Once over 30 days, the guest is a tennant with all the rights of a tennant.  You don't have many reviews so I gather you are in the long term rental business, right?  I also see that you did have a negative review for your tiny house but you did not review the guest.  Why?  Nor did you respond to her negative review.
