Help! Ho ricevuto una richiesta da un cliente ma non riesco a rispondere tramite il sito.

Ho provato a cliccare su accept/decline ma mi apre la mia pagina generale e non resta traccia del messaggio del cliente. Non mi è mai capitato!

Are you on the app or on the "normal" website ?

Try alternative: go to your "list  of reservations", locate the request and choose "respond"

Thank you for your help, but in the booking section there is no trace of the request message.
