Help - I have water damage and need to find my guests somewhere else to stay

Hi, 

I discovered water damage in my apartment and parts of the carpet as wet and mouldy. I have been trying to resolve all day with a plumber and carpet cleaner but I cannot get a carpet cleaner to come this late in the day. My guests have a small child so it is not ideal. How do I help them find other arrangements???

You should contact Airbnb right away and they will likely either find another host to take this family or put them up in a hotel.

Hi Jay, contact Airbnb immediately on the Sydney number 0285203333 and explain the situation and they will relocate the guest for you without penalising you. This would be clasified as an extenuating circumstance and they will attempt a speedy relocation for your guest.
