Help, I posted a public reaction to a renter that should have been private
Please, can anyone tell me how to take away a public reaction to a personal situation with a renter? Somethings happened beyond my circle of influence and a wrote a personal excuse. I really don't want this to be seen publicly! (I thought I was writing an e0-mail). Love to get help quickly! Thanks a lot, Indi
You can call Airbnb to request deletion of your Review or Response.
I don't know your issue, but it seems something similar occured a few days ago, with a Guest not realizing his Review would be public and calling Airbnb who deleted.
The Host in this case Bo from Denmark initiated a thread.
