A neighbor complained to the city. Now they say I must reside at home to short term rent it out. Is this true? I have not heard of this. I am also being told I must now have a "Special use Permit" at $1135. And another $400 for a pre-application meeting!! When I first thought of doing this and spoke to other hosts here, they never mentioned any of this and said they just opened. And none live on the property. Are they just lucky and I got caught? Or is this a form of vindictiveness'? Any help would be appreciated if you know anything. Thank you
