My first month as a host (private room in my own home) and have to leave suddenly for two weeks because of a familly emergency - Whilst I'm away I have a guest checking out and two more short stays chicking in and out. Have been trying to find friends and co-hosts to help out but proving logistically difficult. Would prefer to let my current guest check-out and cancel the two short stays whilst Im away. My property is listed as instant book and both these were eligible but messaged first and didn't use the instant book option...Do the instant book terms still apply? or will I be penalised If I cance...or in another way...Do all my bookings fall under the "Instant Book" terms as long as I'm listed as such?...or does it only apply if the guest uses the instant book option?
