Help with pricing

Just started renting our vacation home two months ago. Now that summer is coming it will be very busy. I’m looking to keep a two night minimum but given incentive to stay for a third night. My idea was to have a two night minimum at one price and any night over two nights at a reduced price

I know I can offer a percent discount can I just offer a cheaper third or fourth night?

You can set a discount percentage for a 3 ,4,5 nights etc stay (professional tools must be activated)

Otherwise you can only offer a cheaper extra night if you have check-in days limited to 1 specific day, by manually set a discounted price for the 3rd or 4th day in the calender.
