Is there a way to speak to an agent? 

I overcharged someone and need to know how to refund just $200

You might not need to speak with an Air BNB rep, @Nancy284.  You have reached the host forum so if I understand what you are seeking, you want to refund money for an existing reservation, right?  If that is the case, then go to the reservation under your reservation list and you will see an option to "request or send money".  Select and follow the instructions.  Hope this helps and you do not need to wait on hold for an Air BNB rep!
