Hi, I'm brand new to hosting. I got my first booking this morning. Help!! Things dont seem right.

Hi I got  my first booking this morning. I'm fairly certain I said I required a govt I'd. This person has no picture joined air bnb June 2019, is only verified by phone number and email. Has no reviews or stays. (I realize this is a bit hypocritical as I dont yet either) I've also tried to change my cancellation policy but it wont let me, says "sorry try again later" is this because I have a pending reservation??

I'm so confused.

@Mahrya0 you can change your cancelation policy but it won't affect the reservations already made. You can always ask the guest to fill out their profile and anything else you are interested about. If he denies you can call Airbnb and have them cancel the reservation penalty free but don't cancel yourself.
