I had a guest that cancelled the same day her bookkng began. AirBnb posted pmt the day after. Is there something I must do or someone I need to contact to let them know this?
Your cancellation policy is flexible, it means there is some refund if stay is more then 1 night.
Let Airbnb sort this out themself, you will notice in your Transaction history how things will be resolved.

Thank you for suggestion. The booking, however, was for one night only. And Airbnb is asking for a review of the guest.
@Carmen844 When I have been asked by BNB to review a guest that didn't stay I just didn't do anything and eventually the 14 days passed. Since you will be asked to review cleanliness and observation of rules and you have no knowledge of the guests behavior there really is no way to do a proper review.
